What data do employers usually require from an applicant when applying for a remote job?

1) Some ads for remote work require passport data (series and number). It is right? Or is something wrong here?
2) What kind of data do employers usually require from remote workers when applying for a job (the same content managers, for example)?
3) And one more thing: while looking for a job, I came across these sites where they offer jobs elenatubolceva.wix.com/rabota-onlain and vakansiya24.blogspot.ru/2014/02/blog-post.html.
Is this a divorce? It just looks suspicious.

If we are talking about remote work, and not about freelancing, then the same documents are sent to you for signature as in normal work. And you can’t do it with passport data alone, you also need a TIN and insurance.
Specify that they want to conclude what type of contract, who will pay taxes for your physical. face - you or them.
But I would think of something else:
Who needs you at all?
If we are talking about qualified work, then the first thing they ask is what you can do. Then they test your knowledge. And only then will the paperwork.
If they say - we will give you a job, they do not ask about qualifications, but ask for passport data right there - this is not a job at all.

Before passing all the interviews and starting employment in general, no specific data is usually required, after that it depends on the country of employment and the type of employment, according to your links, the usual divorce.

You got a passport so as not to show it to anyone, or what????
Each counter-transverse is not worth it.
But if we are talking about full-fledged remote work, when all taxes are paid for you , then they should require both a passport (even a scan) and a social security card and a TIN number.
How to distinguish a real job from a fictitious one:
When you are hired for a real job, your qualifications are carefully ascertained and checked.
If they don’t ask for qualifications, they don’t ask what you specifically know how to do, then this is a setup.

Didn't find what you were looking for?
