What CRM would you recommend for a call center?

Hello. Which crm do you recommend for a call center? The main requirements are to display the history of calls and applications from this number when an incoming call is made. Search for applications by address. Well, this is the main thing, and so, redirecting applications to responsible persons, tracking the status of applications, etc. In general, you need a CRM for a call center for emergency applications. Thank you.

I would like to advise something sensible)
In fact, I can only say that Bitrix24 out of the box is not suitable for these purposes.
Or rather, how, he can close all the questions you are interested in, but in some places you will need to finish.
Let's go bones, now why:
Bitrix does not show the entire history - only the caller's data.
That is, you will have to modify a special card or call history output.

Search for applications by address
tracking the status of applications
forwarding applications to responsible persons

Bitrix does not operate with addresses, so you will have to dodge and try to implement incidents and requests on "deals".
But if you still accept that "Deal" = Application, then there will be no problems with tracking statuses, redirecting and searching for problems.
Well ... than I could :)
