. Are there any specialized CRM / ERP systems in the field of pet stores (as is the case for the restaurant business), or do they just use 1C and don’t bother? Does anyone have experience on this subject?

1C: Trade management or 1C: Small business management.
Or even a purely cash module. Artix or the same 1C or the like.
Large networks - may have something of their own.
But they already have their own developers - and they don't need you with your project.
