Hi all!
There is a problem, when you turn on the computer everything works fine, but the coolers on the GTX650 video card do not spin. At the same time, the system and programs work, but after a while a blue window appears that cannot be closed or canceled - "There was a problem on your PC and it needs to be restarted."
What could be the problem and how can I fix it.

If you disassembled the video card, then look how you stuck the cooler plug.
If the card has not been serviced for a long time, then you need to disassemble it, clean it from dust and lubricate the cooler.
Or the cooler is completely out of order. The blue screen appears to occur because the card reaches high temperatures.
