Which "mini computer" to choose?

All good!
Help with the agony of choosing a piece of iron.
You need a small and inexpensive mini computer.
On which a small server will be spinning, a small screen may be connected ...., It is planned to use it in a waterproof box on the street. Accordingly, resistance to heat, cold, and probably some kind of protection against condensate is needed ... The
raspberry pi immediately comes to mind, it seems that Habré had tests with heating and cooling, and it seems to be normal.
Maybe someone knows better alternatives... ?

Only Orange Pi is cheaper than Raspberry Pi - but the processors get very hot there.

It works fine on the street, only industrial grade, and this is always expensive compared to household appliances, and you need to decide what software the piece of iron will run, maybe STM is enough, or maybe you need to install a "server".
