What could be the problem with the router?

Home router Dlink DIR-615 The PC is connected by wire, the laptop via wi-fi has recently begun to lose the Internet every 5-10 minutes, the router itself immediately reconnects, but for example, when talking on Skype, the conversation ends. Rebooting the router does not help, I have not yet reset the factory settings with the button, there is no log log.
If the cable is connected directly to the PC bypassing the router, then there are no problems.
Presumably, the occurrence of such problems with the router initially coincided with a power outage.
Question: do you think it's in the hardware of the router and you need to take a new one, or is it still a matter of software and flashing can help?

If you assume that the problems started after a power outage - check the power supply, take for a while the one that is suitable for the connector and characteristics from some device. As a rule, it is useless to watch with a tester, it will show that everything is ok.
