Question about caching
I got caught on a test in a subject studied at a university (network technologies) with the question:
“Can the owner of a site in a second-level domain in the .ru zone somehow influence the process of caching documents created by him in the web environment?”

It seems to me that the question itself is posed incorrectly, because the “web environment” is something like a spherical horse in a vacuum. Either the wording of the question is not verbatim, or the banter of the teacher, or another stupidity in the field of education.
Of the options given, I would choose the second. But, again, what does it mean to “replace” HTTP headers (when it comes to their formation).
I also ask you to clarify the verbatim wording. I was confused by " influence somehow ", if it is not meant at least somehow at least for someone, then
"No, because the Internet cannot be controlled"
Judging by the question, the person who made it expects the first answer option (as the most non-obvious :)
You can “influence somehow” in the first three ways, because you can probably find an editor that will stick meta tags :)
At the same time, in some cases, the last three answers are also true, that is, you can install a caching server or specify hard-coded caching parameters in the settings and Fig what do you do with them. And of course, it is impossible to control the Internet.
That is, there is no single correct answer to the question asked.
