What could be causing this blue screen?

Good afternoon.
When I turn off the laptop, this "blue screen" began to appear.

After dumpa, the computer reboots and loads Windows again.
It doesn't happen every time the computer is turned off.
The hardware has not been changed or delivered since the moment of purchase (immediately after the purchase, an SSD was added)
Win7x64 operating system
If you need any other parameters, tell me which ones.
Thanks a lot for your help.

If you have not tried to google for the error code (0x00000050 is written after the word STOP), I will do it for you:
faqhard.ru/articles/13/10.php

This type of error can be caused by:
- defective hardware,
- a system service not working properly,
- resident anti-virus software,
- incompatible with the operating system,
- corruption of the NTFS file system.
