What content should be on Habré?

Quote from sandbox

About moderation
The section is subject to pre-moderation: before publication, all materials go through caring hands.
With a high probability they will not pass pre-moderation:
— news and questions/requests;
- articles previously published on other sites;
— articles without correctly placed punctuation marks, with emoticons, with an abundance of exclamation marks, highlighting and other conspicuous text formatting;
— reviews of software, hardware, services, etc.;
- Complaints about companies and services provided;
— translations of other articles;
- pieces of program code;

Yesterday I wrote an article in the sandbox, strained everything I could, because. I'm not a humanist, it was very difficult for me. I won’t say that there is no information on this topic on the Internet, but to put it together, sensibly comprehend and chew it. For the sake of stupid copy-paste, there is no point in climbing into Habr.
Actually questions:
What, in your opinion, the content should be on Habré, if 90% of the articles consist of the items indicated above?
Has it evolved from a community of developers to a community of writers and managers?
Because when reading comments, I often don’t understand how these people got there, bought an invite for $ 25, dad gave it?
And, lastly, when will my article appear in the sandbox and will I know if it is not passed?

@Nikobraz

You will be notified by email about the entry of the article into the sandbox.
For the rest - do not confuse the sandbox with all articles. The above items refer to the sandbox. The point is that you should write something of your own, and not post the news the fastest. But when you get an invite - then do what you want, including writing translations, posting news, and so on - someone should do this, since this is also necessary.

The most important thing after receiving an invite - try to argue less in the comments. Pluses for a comment weigh much less than minuses. And soon your karma may go negative without the opportunity to write an article. There is of course a rezet, but it is one-time.
Alas, I have already ruined this account irrevocably for several years due to comments.

_ no friends on habré.
2. For example, it’s dumb for me to beg, it’s sad that this is the place to be.
3. The only official way. cons: You can spend a lot of time, but never get a result. This is generally some kind of nonsense.
4. Apparently I will buy.
5. Umm, I don't know what "Lepra" is
. 6. Also an option, but for me it's close to option 3.
7. Irrelevant.
8. Well, I'm not a hacker)
9. Also not an option, such a community cannot be lured away. 1 in a million chance. Look what freehabr.ru has turned into, but I saw its dawn, at first such pretentious articles, "let's crush Habr with quantity, not quality."
10. An option, but still a little sad because Habr is becoming the domain of writers, not engineers.
