What coefficient to add to rotate the formula?

Good morning!
I've been having this problem for a few days now. I have a formula r=sin(2*phi)for how it is drawn is shown in Figure 1.

But I still need to rotate it, and I can’t figure out how to add a rotation coefficient to make it look like in Figure 2.

r=sin(2*(phi+phi0)), where phi0 is the rotation angle. But it will only rotate the curve and leave the axes in place.
