What cms to use for photo gallery + image editor?

Tell cms to create a photo gallery. The main condition is that there should be a simple image editor (pencil, add a sticker on top of the image, resize), it can be more twisted. Perhaps there are plugins or third-party APIs
. Of the ones I looked at, I liked koken and piwigo, but I can’t find a suitable editor for them.
Maybe someone has come across something similar.

but editors from this are already a front and there are many libraries for this.
