What CMS to choose for the store?

You need to choose a cms/framework on which to make an online store. Wishes are as follows:

• php, mysql
• Unpretentious hosting or provided by a good (adequate and budget) hosting;
• Free or very cheap. Minimization of both financial and time resources is welcome;
• Quick setup. So that a programmer who knows php can easily figure it out and create a new customized store site;
• Changing the design layout. Ready-made templates and the ability to change them are welcome.
• Clear admin. So that a non-programmer who will later deal with the store can easily understand the standard functions of the store's magager.

Among the many cms, ready-made "shops-in-one-click" it's hard to choose what suits everything. Conducting a test drive of all available systems is the most correct option, but there is no time for this. Therefore, I trust this choice to the habra community.

IMHO, none of the ready-made ones will suit you, either for some reason.
There was a description of some Baltic company on Habré, which made simple stores with a minimum of functionality and sold very cheaply.
If few SKUs are planned, then as an option I can offer Wordpress with plugins (there are several of them) for eShop.
