Which cms to choose, which is better suited for such a task?

any. 10k is a drop in the ocean. Import via xls/csv is everywhere. quickbooks - xs what it is, see the additions to this or that cms, I don't think it's out of the box somewhere.
I think there are more important nuances in the selection than those you listed. For example, storage of goods and their filtering, number of warehouses, basket type. As a rule, it is these things that take time during development, and choosing the most suitable csm can save you a lot of nerves and time.

Not a single serial CMS has integration with quickbooks - you just need to remember this and move on through life, not forgetting to look at the exchanges, where for sane money they will write sane code for you, even under the bald line, even under quickbooks.
By the way, what are quickbooks.? too lazy to google, like the rest of 99% of the local authors of questions ...
If this garbage stores something in the database, then half of the integration work is already done)))
