What cms should an online store use?

Hello!
Suggest a good CMS for the store, based on the following tasks:
- multiregionality
- convenience of functional improvements (php)
- availability of a kit configurator for goods (additional purchase options, despite the fact that options are goods).
- systems of loyalty, mailings, personalization.
Niche - hookahs, at the moment we use Shop Script ( pitersmoke.pro ), but any changes are extremely inconvenient.

opencart. I worked personally. As in my opinion - the most adequate. and a bunch of Russian-language forums. Takes up little space and is very easy to customize
