What cloud solution for postgres (free) is available?

Good day to all! I have a small (in terms of the amount of data to be stored) project whose data I want to place in the cloud and work with Postgress. Data loading stage - I parse the data, and then I place it in the database.
I looked at Google Cloud, Yandex Cloud, they are paid (Yandex is still divine), I have not found other cloud solutions either. Assuming that there is no free solution (although it is unlikely, since the solution in the DB2 cloud is also free with volume limits, of course. But I need postgress, not DB2) and in this case I will ask you to recommend the most optimal paid solution (optimality is at least price).

small is how much? Here's a small one for me, it's a vps for $5 and a couple of hours to pick up and google how to set up postgres on it.
