Good afternoon! I heard that from the first of July, a certain law on the collection of personal data comes into force, through feedback, and that they need to insert some forms that they say will warn the user.

Under each form of data collection, including the collection of email, place the text "By clicking on the button, you consent to the processing of your personal data." The text should contain a link to the document - User Agreement, agreement or consent to the processing of personal data. The text of the document itself can be placed on a separate page.

Not okay. Consent to the processing of PD must be in writing or in a form equivalent to that.
Simply pressing a button or checking a checkbox is not a written form.
