It's time to change the chair. The choice is huge and the eyes run wide) Sometimes you have to spend a lot of time at the computer. I went to several stores and more or less liked to sit on the Marcus chair in Ikea, but the online reviews are mixed.
Budget up to 20K rubles, maximum 30K rubles, if the comfort is incomparably better, and the consequences for the body from long sitting are less.
What do you advise? What chairs in this price category are optimal today?

Armchairs are an overrated product. Like Hi-End headphones. Marketing bullshit. Just take the one on which it is more convenient for you to sit, does not colitis anywhere and does not rub. And get up more often and go for tea.

I can also add CHAIRMAN 9801 (I've been working on it for 2 years) and a similar Bureaucrat model (it's been at home for 10 years, I just had to change the cartridge).
Both are good due to the independent adjustment of the back and seat.
But, on the other hand, I am not very whimsical in chairs, I can sit on almost any without any special movements for 8+ hours.

Armchairs, as well as mice and keyboards, are selected purely individually. It is unlikely that the same thing will suit a slender girl as a grenadier uncle :)
I use the Chairman 279 - a sort of combination between price and quality. High anatomical back, rocking mechanism. This is, of course, the Chairman of the Russian assembly - but still the Chairman :)
