I also had the same goal. Having smoked all over the Internet, I found interesting designs, and I even planned to order or even bungle it myself with the help of dendrofecal technologies :) then

the cheapest option: legs from Leroy + some kind of countertop at least from the same Leroy, even from IKEA. But here the adjustment is not in the usual sense, but once set up and forgotten - it will not work quickly sitting-standing to work.
a good option for a table from ikea skarsta, it seems (also the cheapest of the "sitting-standing")
there are also these guys there there are mechanical and electrical adjustments.
