What certifications are useful for a web developer?
Hello
Explanation. The question is about "What are some good certificates?", not "Are there any certificates?".
I ask you not to be scattered about the fact that there is a shortage of programmers in the Russian Federation and getting a job is easier than a steamed turnip, I know this without you. I understand perfectly well that certificates by themselves will not give me anything, except for the ability to understand some gaps in my “theoretical” knowledge and pieces of paper to boot.
At the moment I am not in the Russian Federation and when applying for a job I will have to compete with many of the same comers from other third world countries, in addition to the Russian Federation. In this case, certificates are some argument for my resume to be taken from a pack of others of the same kind, but possibly without certificates.
What certificates are recognized worldwideuseful for a web developer to place in a CV when looking for a job?

Below are the certificates that I know about and which the habrazhitels helped to find with their comments:

A certificate is primarily an opportunity to summarize and structure your knowledge. ZCE is a rather difficult exam, and in many ways it is needed for a programmer, and not for the sake of a piece of paper. If there were no exams at the university, then some would do nothing at all.
It seems to me that people who say “I don’t need certificates” fall into two categories:
1. Those who advance and develop well without them: they work in large companies, in high positions, receive large salaries or are authors of outstanding open- source projects (the list goes on). They really don't need them.
2. Those who do not belong to the first category. They don't need them either, as they seem to be happy with what they have.
The developer does not need any certificates. As mentioned above, on github, several projects look much better than a summary. But a certificate, the same ZCE, is like taking a jacket for an interview. On the one hand, it will not solve anything, but on the other hand, it will leave a good impression on clothes.

Certificates, as far as I know, are more needed over the hill, in our country they are not particularly looked at.
I once asked a similar question , maybe the answers to it will be useful.
I also found a lot of books, articles for preparation, and even photos of past years' zend exam questions, in a word, useful materials, I'm ready to share the dropbox folder, write mail and better in a personal.
As an employer, I do not look at certificates, although they have never been a hindrance. Knowing the standards is a plus, but as accurately as possible to estimate how long the work will take, completing tasks on time, solving problems quickly and finding solutions in difficult situations are, in my opinion, the main advantages of a developer.
Deep technical knowledge becomes obsolete within 4-5 years. I myself did not go for certificates, although I really wanted to study Java, but there was no time due to participation in various interesting projects.
