What certificate is needed for 12 domains?

Installed the certificate on one domain earlier. Now I want to put on all available 12 domains. In principle, for 11 you just need to confirm the domain, and for the twelfth - also the organization. All sites are located on 1 GDS, but some have DDoS protection from stormwall, that is, a different IP is registered in the DNS than on the hosting.
I looked at certificates on nic.ru, where all domains are registered, but I can’t figure out what I need.
Can someone poke a finger, like you need to watch such certificates for 12 domains. Or - you can’t do just one, see this and that ....

Make one certificate from LE for 11 domains (or 11 separate ones), and if show-offs with OV are so important, buy the rest from anyone.

You can enter up to 24 names in total. Such a certificate is available only to legal entities, that is, confirmation of the organization is required.
