Is it safe to install different SSL certificates on different subdomains?
reg.ru gives a free certificate for site.ru and www.site.ru for 1 year, but you need to install 1 more certificate for subdomain.site.ru. Is it safe and will it cause complaints from search engines?

You can at least have your own certificate for each subdomain, including from different registrars, everything will be fine
