Buying a domain with a virtual card?

On the site, for example, plati I want to buy a virtual card with 50 dollars in my account to buy a domain. But, for example, the namecheap registrar cancels such purchases due to the fact that they "do not like" the card.
What site can you buy without problems?

namecheap is generally heavy in this respect. Like many American registrars, I just don't like it - they require a photo card.
Since you are buying cards on plati.ru, obviously you have Webmoney, and as already mentioned above, it is better to pay with them if possible.
From Russian-speaking registrars (not necessarily Russian, but where there is a Russian-speaking support), they definitely accept WM:

It's just a poke method to look for. When paying, it is easy to check the type of card and refuse, for example, if it is pre-paid - and the type of card is determined by any number checker using the first 6 digits of the card.

I created a card in qiwi and bought a domain on namecheap without any problems.
Alternatively, you can try to link the card to paypal and pay from the account already
