IMHO, the best solution would be to get partner status and partner rates from the same reg.ru : you won’t have to transfer and the costs will be significantly reduced.

I also thought about this issue. I rushed from nic to reg, but then I realized that what I have been using since 2008 is optimal. Registration: 200r renewal: 520r + inexpensive hosting I recommend

Registrar prices have risen again. Cheap (250 registration, 250 renewal) domains can be stored here: https://www.namn.ru/. If there are more than a couple of domains - knock on the door, I'll get a discount.
