What cellular internet plans support port forwarding?

Do "MegaFon-Online", "MegaFon-Online. Modem" or "MTS Connect-4" tariffs support port forwarding (without setting a static IP address)? Interested specifically in the 26866th port. If not, please advise how to do it, where to call / write (except for support services and contact centers, because "The Contact Center does not contain this information")? Do Beeline and Tele2 have anything similar?

And what about the operator? This is a network protocol functionality - all have TCP/IP and UDP support. Port forwarding is a feature of the end equipment. Your question is incorrect. Describe what you want to do.

Use vpn and forward what and how you want
the operator will not forward ports for you.
