What caused the Ubuntu installation error on Virtual Box?

Installed a virtual machine, gave it 1500 mb RAM, 8 GB HDD and 128 mb video memory. I put Ubuntu on it and run it, and I see the following error:

Why did this happen? And how to deal with this so that Ubuntu starts up for me?

They say that it is solved by updating VirtualBox to the latest version.
