What carousel with rich API do you recommend?

There is a main slick slider, a carousel of previews is attached to it via the asNavFor property, but it does not work correctly. Please advise another plug-in for previews. The main requirements for the carousel:
1. lazy load
2. the ability to center the slide so that mobile phones show the halves of neighboring slides at the edges
3. correct operation (if all the slides fit on the screen, then you don’t need to scroll the carousel, which suffers from the slick slider)
4. the ability to scroll with the mouse.

I'm not sure about the 2nd point, but everything else seems to be handled https://owlcarousel2.github.io/OwlCarousel2/
It has some kind of responsiveness, you can swipe to rewind.
