What capacity to choose a server for deploying an Angular application?

Hello!
There is a VPS with one core on Hetzner with the following configuration.

There is also an application on Angular + Node.js, the deployment of which I screwed through Gitlab CI.

The problem is, when the time comes for the ng build command , the server starts to hang wildly and be dumb.

What would you advise to do in this case? If we take a more powerful server, then what configuration should we take?
