Hi all!
I'm looking for some literature/link to a guide to creating email newsletters. I would like to understand not so much the technical part (everything seems to be simple here), but the marketing side.
To begin with, I would like to know the very basics. Well, for example, I am now faced with an email confirmation of registration and account activation. I would like to know about any cases of solving this problem, better registration, because now it looks very pale.
For further mailings, I would like to see templates that provide better conversion, read about text organization, and so on.
