Is mail safe for a lazy person in a virtual machine?
Let's suppose I make some Linux in my personal computer, in a virtual machine.
I will only use it to check email. mail, with saved passwords, in the browser.
Questions:
1. Will my mail be much more secure? Does it make sense to do this or is it not worth the effort?
2. Or you need to log in / out to the mail every time.
3. Or do you need to use special programs? And if I catch some virus / trojan, will this program save?
Thanks if anyone can shed some light.

Consumer goods - two-factor authentication + filtering by the provider's network (or IP mask) + antivirus.
Never use a browser, use native clients with certificate authentication over a personal e2e encrypted channel (point-to-point encryption).
