What can not be sent on the Internet by technology?

Although online for a long time, but recently I almost sent all my card details to scammers who introduced themselves as bank employees, how many times I heard that they didn’t send, but somehow there was a stressful situation and I wanted to quickly solve the problem, since I couldn’t remember all the data , and then it dawned on me to check who I'm talking to. Since then, paranoia has been notable.
Now you need to buy something on the Internet for a laptop and phone, and the seller asks for photos of stickers, insides, etc., i.e. where are different serial numbers, codes for Windows, etc. As I remember, Asus can register devices or something like that. I understand that the seller most likely wants to understand as much as possible what I need, and not what I want to buy, but still ...
Q: Is there any data that should not be reported? laptop serial numbers? Phone IMEI? or something else?

Part numbers and serials and model names are available. But the serial number is usually of no help, and for some devices the serial number is a password. So if you are paranoid, then do not send anything except the name and model.

IMEI is definitely not worth it. Serials - only in support.
