What can cause the livestyle plugin to stop working in chrome?

Everything used to work fine, but suddenly at some point it stopped working, although all the settings are set correctly (as before), in the livestyle settings it displays sumlime text i.imgur.com/52GpQdY.jpg . I have already rebooted the computer, reopened all the files in both the browser and the editor, deleted and reinstalled the plugins in both chrome and sublime text. What could be causing this problem?

I solved the same problem myself. https://github.com/emmetio/livestyle-sublime/issues/49
Due to an error (typo) in the css file, an error (Invalid CSS file) was displayed in the SiblimeText3 console (Ctrl+`) and LiveStyle did not want to parse this file.
And somewhere it is cached.
It only helped when I moved the contents of the file to a new file that I created in PHPStorm. At the same time, the original file was kept empty. => Rebooted the system. => Uploaded the contents of the file back.
And everything works!!! )))
