What can cause streaks in the image from the Mac Mini m1?

Hello!
Still, I upgraded from a MacBook Pro 13 "Intel to a Mac Mini M1.
Two Philips 274E 27" FullHD external monitors were always connected to the flash (I'm blind - I'm fine), there were no problems.
On the Mac Mini immediately appeared - vertical flickering stripes on some colors, and already all sorts of shadows (from the Dock, and especially on Drive2) - it's just some kind of animation in the style of Windows 95 and 65535 colors.

First of all, I changed all the HDMI laces three times - it did not help, but now Belkin High Speed. I connected the MacBook Pro Intel again, with exactly the same laces - everything is shown perfectly, no image lags.

I started to google - people have a frequent problem, Apple does not give a solution. They began to think about taking it back to the seller and handing it over, but there is a nuance - then there will be nothing to work on, because in any case there is nothing available for a replacement, and the firmware is no longer pulling.

I found an old Philips 248X3L on the mezzanine, connected it to the Mac Mini m1 - everything is fine, the image is gorgeous, no problems. I connected it with a power supply and a cord from 274E - no changes - everything is fine, everything is perfect. Well, besides the fact that it is 23.6 "with a TN-matrix.
I thought that it might really be in these very" 110 PPI ", and the fact that 23.6" FullHD is clearly closer to them than 27 "FullHD. I brought an
LG 32" TV HD Ready (1366x768, if I'm not mistaken), connected. Yes, fonts are hell

Attention questions: What is it? How can this be? What 27 "monitors work exactly fine without lags with the Mac Mini M1?
Maybe even already 1440p, the main thing is from personal experience in conjunction with the MacMini M1. I just don't even have any assumptions anymore. It
would be nice if there were such lags on all connected displays - then the matter is in the piece of iron itself and yes, there is only surrender to the seller. It would be nice if the 274E would also lag on the Intel firmware - then it is clear that the matter is in them and they need to be changed.
But in this version, when the 274E work perfectly on the Intel firmware, but they do not work well with the M1, but at the same time the 248X works fine with the M1 and the TV in general, there is no understanding of what and what to change to.

Answer: Due to some tragic incompatibility of M1 with some monitors. Treatment was found in the purchase of two LG 27UL650. In general, and well, Retina rules. The only thing is that even the Apple adapter from Thunderbolt to HDMI does not support 4k @ 60Hz, you need to look for a direct cable from DisplayPort to USB-C and that's it. Well, either a good adapter. Through HDMI 2.0 everything is fine, immediately at 60Hz.
