What can be used to view 3D CT scans in Linux?

You need a native program to view CT, they are represented by DICOM files (*.dcm). More than 300 pictures in .dcm format are stupidly thrown into the folder and the program should collect them into a 3D image.
I tried Gingo, but this software could only open .dcm slices separately, without gluing them into one 3D image.
