Linux courses. What to choose?

The question arose of training technical support in the basics of Linux. Which courses to choose? You need a short (1-2 weeks) and high quality.

I wrote in the wrong place:
Hire a few sensible Linuxoids, ask around on forum.ubuntu.ru, those who agree.
There are almost no good Linux courses in Russia. And those that are - will not train your support.

The basics of Linux are the basics of Unix in general. I liked the way the basics are described in the book FreeBSD: Platinum Edition by M. Eben, B. Tayman or something like that. You don't need to read about FreeBSD there, but about the basic commands, access rights, etc. it is described clearly enough. Further it is possible to read articles specifically about Linux.
