Which Android Mini PC to choose with a remote and the ability to install Linux?

I bought a TV in principle without Smart TV (I barely found it - it turns out to be paranoid in our time is not so easy). Now I want to pick up a Mini PC for it, but looking at the assortment, I got confused (although, as I understand it, all of them are implementations of applications for microcontrollers). There were several reviews on Habré, but they are a little outdated. I outlined the list of requirements:
1. The ability to install some kind of Linux assembly (like MK802 is better supported due to the open dokuhi on Allwinner, Rockchip is supported worse)
2. Normal fullHD video playback. Including in Linux (as I understand it, there are problems with support for GPU drivers)
3. The ability to simultaneously connect the remote control and the headset (is this possible at all? Or is it better to connect the headset to the audio output of the TV?)
4. At least some kind of community, so that it does not happen that in a year I will use it alone.
I'm not entirely sure if there is a device that fits my requirements.
Well, immediately 2 questions in addition:
1. If you take a remote control separately, then which one to choose? I would like at least a little thoughtful ergonomics.
2. Are there Linux builds tailored for TV use? It seems that there are launchers for android, but the experience of working with a Chinese tablet tells me that there will still be problems with the flash.
And in general, does it make sense to bother with these whistles or buy a highly specialized device? (For example, WD TV Live has a beautiful interface).

There is everything you need: www.asrock.com/nettop
Even 3D works confidently.
You will also need a bluetooth (to steer from the sofa) mouse and keyboard + TV as a screen.
I advise you to take older models.
The remote control is already included, Linux is possible, but not necessary, 3D works stably under Windows 7 and 8.

about linux
, my MK808 works without shutting down for months, there are no problems, everything plays from the Internet, though 720 is ok, 1080 slows down, but so far it suits me, there is an idea to buy MK809 it is on 3166, there is enough power and software playback, not to mention hardware. air-mouse is controlled quite conveniently.

TV chose the quality of the picture, not paying attention to the functionality, settled on the Samsung UE50F6130. I searched for a Mini PC for a long time and did not find anything. As a result, I assembled a PC on an i3-4330 (with passive cooling) and Ubuntu. I am satisfied with everything, BDRip without problems, control from the native remote control, consumption from the network during playback is about 50 watts, and less than 30 watts during idle.

I would like to add. I myself have been choosing for a long time which smart TV set-top box to take, and my choice fell on MINIX NEO X7. I bought it on minipcsale.ru, where I also found a more complete review of this set-top box minipcsale.ru/stati-i-obzory/9-minix-neo-x7 , with a description of even the main microcircuits!
Here is an excerpt: On the printed circuit board, you can see 2 memory chips from the manufacturer SK hynix, chip type h27ucg8t2btr. The SK hynix h27ucg8t2btr chip is an 8 GB memory (II MLC NAND Flash Memory Legacy TSOP), in our device there are 2 of them, which corresponds to the declared characteristics of 16 GB.
The iTE IT66121FN chip from ITE TECH is responsible for transmitting data in HDMI format (1080p). INC. It also allows you to transfer data in 3D format.
The WI-FI module is based on the Broadcom AP6330 chip, which supports WiFi(2.4G-5.8G) and Bluetooth 4.0.
In terms of speed, MINIX NEO X7 is one of the best to date!

There is also Rikomagic MK902 . According to the characteristics they are the same. Or is the MINIx X7 better?
By the way, Rikomagic has a firmware with Linux.
Does it make sense to change Rikomagic MK902 to Minix Neo U1 cam.kh.ua/smart-box/minix-neo-u1.html
Who knows?
