Good afternoon, tell me what to do for a portfolio and practice for a beginner React js programmer?
Already made a bunch of todos, autocomplete, one spa. Now I don't know what to do. I thought an online store or some kind of news site, or a travel site, but where can I get the api and the layout?

Show on github that you are developing.
Do one project as you can now.
Add eslint, prettier to it (if they don't already exist).
Learn to see problems in your code.
Then make another project, but using, for example, hooks (if you are not using it now).
Then add TypeScript.
Then ... then start writing in Haskell =)
Your task as a developer is to come to the project, quickly dive into it and quickly start solving business problems. The wider your expertise, the better and faster you work.
Therefore, making a bunch of monotonous Todos is a bad idea.
There is no point in doing different projects if all you are doing there is requesting data and displaying it.
Learn to work with maps, such as Yandex or 2GIS.
Learn how to work with the browser's audio API.
