What can be a project manager's kpi?

Here on the forum I saw in one of the answers how the talk about kpi for the project came up.
Hence the question, what can be kpi for pm'a?
How to measure his communication with customers, colleagues? Or is it just about resources, terms and their spending / hit?
And in general, is kpi in 2019 good or bad? I heard that they are going to leave it in it.

PMA has the main metric - the client is satisfied with the solution of his problems or not
And whether the productivity of the team has suffered when solving the client's problems
Bad:
micromanagement
of measuring team building minutes
through nonsense
Good:
hitting deadlines set by the developer himself
improving timings
reducing errors by improving communication and processes
Disgusting:
not monitoring parameters at all
