Where to read about IT Project Management?

Friends,
I would like to read everything so fresh and interesting about project management. I myself have been working in this position for the first year (I came from simple enikey workers, it so happened that they gave me supervision over the creation of a web portal and off we went). I have already finished 3 week courses on this topic, but I want to read and read more.
Please advise, there may be some regularly published magazines, there may be some regularly updating sites, etc. To make it interesting, not dry, as in Wikipedia))

I don’t remember in which book I read the study, if I find it I’ll attach it later, and so there was a proven increase in the skill of an employee in relation to 100% and he shared it like this:
10% Books, articles
20% Communication with colleagues, forums, etc., learning from experience
70% Experience in solving complex problems.
That is, no matter how much you read books, it's still a story to broaden your horizons and just chewing gum for brains. The real growth of the skill is given only by difficult tasks and solving the problems of your project with your features, and even more experience is given by failures with good reflection. You need to fill your bumps, strangers do not hurt.
I myself read books, all the must-haves for pm and the mythical month, cats, dedline, all these stories about quality management and so on. Then I bought about 10 more books, read 3 and took on a new project, in which in 4 months I fell off like from 100 books.
Therefore, as my boss, who came from VTB, says, the main thing is:
1. Poke your nose wherever you can and cannot, look for bottlenecks in the workflow and business processes and fix them
2. Communicate a lot and with everyone. Not on the topic of xs what, but specific pains of a particular person and think about how to fix them
3. Do not drown in the managerial routine, which is always a lot on projects. Highlight days, write down thoroughly what you do during the day and analyze what actions are repeated again during the day/week and how to avoid it.
4. Well, and most importantly, always think about how to rise above the process, and not drown in it.
There is a boat, there is a half-meter hole in it and the boat sinks.
A moron and a terrible manager makes a helpless gesture.
A bad manager starts bailing out water with a teaspoon.
A normal manager thinks how to replace a spoon with a bucket.
A good manager thinks how to patch up the hole.
Well, root for the project. Programmers are your friends. Not subordinates and not an ordinary resource.
A good pm is always a development advocate, not its prosecutor)

As underwater answered above - stick your nose into other people's problems and solve them. Only practice. Only hardcore))) Well, they try to collect projects on their own and with the ability.
