What budget video card to take with support for three monitors?

And it is very desirable that there be no dancing with a tambourine in Linux.
In general, I don’t understand video cards and other hardware, I climbed onto the market and got confused.

Most AMDs, even budget ones (although I would recommend the HD6870 - not the newest, but works great in Linux with open firewood, should be affordable by now), support 3-4 monitors. Everything is fine with the drivers too, install the latest Ubuntu 15.04 (release on the 23rd, everything works fine) or Fedora - everything will work for you out of the box.
I do not recommend Nvidia, there are not so many monitors supported there, and with open firewood sadness, but with closed gaiety there are.
About two years ago there was a laptop with a Radeon HD5650M - the laptop monitor and 2 more external ones worked fine, despite the fact that only 2 are officially supported, and the drivers have already taken a step forward)

GeForce 640 with three monitors is definitely friendly.
