How to install Debian alongside Windows 10 with UEFI?

Of course, I understand that my question has probably been asked more than once, however, my case seems simply unique to me ... I have
a laptop with Windows 8 preinstalled, and now Windows 10, of course UEFI, for some time on it next to Windows, OpenSuse successfully stood, until I forgot the administrator password and it broke in the process of trying to reset the password according to the manuals. ;D
Now the main thing is that installation is possible exclusively via USB or via USB and the Internet, it is necessary that after installation almost all packages are immediately available, which is not necessary for me then it is easier to remove and, most importantly, that the graphical shell immediately stands, something beautiful, but light, Gnome is scary (for me, well, I don't like it), in principle it fits KDE, but it's heavy for this laptop.
As for packages, ideally if during the installation process he asks what is needed and downloads from the Internet and installs.
The main problem lies in the fact that the BIOS refuses to see the installer on the USB flash drive until the Windows parameter is switched to Other OS in it, but then Windows stops loading in the principle, and I need to end up with dualboot. Please give detailed installation instructions (without links to manuals, etc.) and with direct links to download what I need. :'(
