What books to understand Arduino?

Good afternoon. What literature to study Arduino?
My knowledge of radio electronics is near zero, I almost never programmed in C (but I know how to use Python). We need a book that will explain all these elementary things, and not just give a description of functions and libraries. I also want a lot of practical tasks, not just theory. Preferably in Russian, but English will work too. Thank you.
