Analog video and arduino?

Hello! For a long time I had a call - a video intercom. the intercom burned out, there was a camera outside the door and a four-wire wire in the apartment) And somehow, over time, having had enough of games with arduinos and esp8266, I began to stare at the yellow wire more and more often when leaving the house)
And since I never had communication experience with analog cameras , there were questions.
Maybe someone knows what kind of camera is in these intercoms and how to remove the signal from it ( riksb.umi.ru/images/cms/data/20100831185020_d-440.jpg)
Are there any libraries for translating the analog to rtsp for arduino (I so I understand the resolution of this bw camera is not so big already)?
Is it possible to transfer an analog signal through an arduino network adapter to a server and process it there?
or is there any other solution how to transfer the signal from this camera (with it converted to rtsp as an option) to the network
ZY . Here the question is not how to save an extra penny, but how to win and implement a non-standard solution))

You need a specialized chip. The Arduino will not be able to process the signal with the required frequency. The maximum is to catch sync pulses.
Perhaps some Raspberry Pi thread with a decoder.

Arduino won't help.
We need a special solution. Perhaps something like this will come in handy:

This is all that can be pulled from the Arduino. Although you can try to play around with Duo (there is ARM MK and more frequency), but this is if you have extra money and time
