What books to read on introduction to programming?

I am a self-taught web shitcoder, so the base suffers a lot. Recommend the best books for mastering the general base of an IT specialist and understanding programming in general.

Stolyarov's big request is not to offer. Thank you.

@Qeinzo

1 Kernighan, Pike: The Practice of Programming
2 Tannenbaum's books
3 Perfect Code: A Practical Guide to Software Development (not all chapters may be relevant, but the ones on code are ok)

I tried to read a lot of books. There is theory, but practice is almost 0.
Yes, I am also a beginner. For beginners, the main thing is to get used to it and start doing projects.
Do you have an idea? Create a website there? Or an app.
Start doing and along the way you will look for answers to questions in books and websites.
