Good day!
I would like to have a good book on hand, which would have information on image processing. Interested in algorithms (Hough transform, Haar signs, etc.), it is possible both with reference to a specific technology (programming languages, libraries), and without a specific reference.
Preferably a book for beginners, but not necessarily :))) Interested in all options. Language - Russian or English.
