What books do you recommend for frontend and for a programmer in general?

Hello. I'm learning frontend, but I have absolutely no IT background, so I have to google through the word, (such concepts as environment variables, registries, ports and their darkness) but all this has nothing to do with writing code, and it takes time normally like this, and yes, the head is clogged. On average, 4 hours a day I can sit at the computer, during this time I would like to learn technology. I can sit with a book for a couple more hours a day. Question: what can be read and in what order in order to minimize Google? I have already read:
1. Informatics for universities, edited by Simonovich
2. Charles Petzold Code
3. Operating systems, edited by Spiridonov and Klykov (complicated, I didn’t understand much)
4. I read Perfect code
I would like:
something about Windows. So far I have found only UG for pensioners or for c# programmers. There are a lot of resources about Linux.
Computer networks.
Something about frontend development.
Videos and blogs will not work, you need books, you can in English.

For HTML/CSS - go to htmlacademy
For books, you can start with the Head First series. Everything is there with pictures, it is written in simple language, it is the most to understand.
Then you can read a series of books "You Don't Know JS" (You Don't Know JS)
As you start to understand a little what's where in your javascript / html / css, you can read something more complicated, for example:
1. Naturally Flanagan JavaScript . Detailed Guide
2. JavaScript Ninja Secrets
3. Stefanov Stoyan - JavaScript. Patterns
From the general:
1. Robert Martin: Clean code
2. Robert Martin: Clean architecture
3. Grokay algorithms
Enough to get started, but be sure to practice everything you read. You don't have to start reading without practice. It’s not worth taking on difficult books right away; it’s a waste of time.
