What bit depth to prefer for 4Gb DDR2 Windows 10 32 or 64 bit?

on 32bit windows 10 sees 3GB.
Further memory expansion is not possible (4GB maximum)
The video card has its own 128mb of memory.
What windows to install?

I am for 32. There will be no special performance gain, but memory consumption will be noticeably higher.

If you have DDR2, then I dare to assume that you have a weak computer / laptop, so I recommend installing windows 7
