How to auto adjust "File History" on Windows 8.1?

There is a corporate network Server 2012r2, Win 8.1 clients. How to automate File History setup on clients? To set all the parameters: The frequency of backing up files, which folders to back up, how much to store and, most importantly, where to save. Everything is saved to a network drive, does the path depend on the user's account name? Maybe some kind of script or group policy?

once in 2003 Windows had "ntbackup" for such needs, time passed and the program became mainstream, so I had to do "wbadmin"
