What basic knowledge is needed to learn Android development?

Good afternoon! There was a desire to start learning development for Android. I never wrote anything for mobile systems. What basic knowledge is needed? What development language to study? I just want to learn from the bottom.
I speak php, javascript, mysql, html, css. Will knowledge of these languages help in learning Android development?

From the very bottom, these are "Specialist (Java / Android)" courses :)
Under android, knowledge of JAVA / UNIX is at the initial level.

java - syntax, OOP (classes, interfaces ....), database collections
- do not forget that sqlite wraps everything in transactions, you need speed, manage them yourself
