Are there any good APIs for non-standard Wi-Fi usage with an android phone?
The situation is this: There are a decent number of password-protected Wi-Fi points, the passwords for which were provided to me by the owners of the routers. Made base with passwords already.
At the mercy of people, I want to make an Android program that will download the names of these points, the router's mas-address and password from this database and hook it to it.
Tell me, is it really possible to do all this without rooting on the device or not?
Are there any APIs for such tasks?

something like this,
but in general you can not bother, but simply add these points to the map, if someone needs it
