What backup system would you recommend?

We currently have Arcserve installed. Everything would be fine, but the system is somehow strange. There is no support in Russia. Various problems constantly arise, and the result is that backups are not made.
There was a desire to demolish it and put something else. The gaze fell on Bacula.
Goal:
Backup servers based on Windows (They are the majority), FreeBSD, Linux Debian.
What would you suggest? Install Bacula? Or are there better options?
Interested in a stable version, preferably with guys. But if anything, with the console on YOU, so it's not scary without GUIs.

Veeam - if everything is virtualized, it cannot make backups of physical servers.
Options - Netbackup, Backupexec.
Usually, they still take a system with support for backups, but how bacula has it in the Russian Federation - xs (I suspect it's bad).
Now, by the way, netbackup is also poorly supported, symantec shared it and Veritas was revived again.
